We are seeking an ambitious champion with an energy and eagerness to provide support through their administrative skills and practice their already acquired skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform filing and records management both hard-copy files and digital files.
- Prepare and present reports; draft policies and procedures; respond to requests for information.
- Manage and maintain a system for organizing, storing and retrieving corporate records.
- Stock taking inventory in the warehouse and developing a system of merchandising
- Flexibility with assignments.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.

- Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter attitude
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
